Returns Info
- We will accept all authorized returns.
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, to qualify for a full refund.
- If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow HayyaH 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- HayyaH will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
- Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
- Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
- Please contact us here H-Team@HayyaH.net to receive an RMA# for your return.
- Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
